All decorations are rentals. By purchasing any of our services, you implicitly accept responsibility for decorations from time of possession to time of return. You assume the entire risk of loss, regardless of cause. If decorations are stolen or damaged, you will assume cost of replacement or repair, including labor costs. Spice Bachelorette is only responsible for cleaning up decoration rentals. You are responsible for all other clean-up to meet your short-term standards prior to check-out.
